Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children older than 10 years are welcome. One child or adult is charged ZAR 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
